Historians - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory - Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and an Independent Organization that is the headquartered in Mesa, Arizona.  Founded: December 3, 2007.  The Organization is not affiliated or associated with other named "Buffalo Soldiers" organizations or groups for profit or non-profit foundations, motorcycle clubs, social clubs, chapters, territory of Arizona Buffalo Soldiers in the State of Arizona or nationally.

The Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory - Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment believes that all human beings -regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, abilities, religious beliefs and individuals of many more identities and experiences should have equality opportunities and access to services.

The regiment believe that respecting all people and celebrating our difference can makes us better friends and neighbors within the communities.  Through actions of the regiment advocacy, we desire to be leaders in diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory - Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The Organization has adopted the provisions of Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, as described in ASC Topic 740-10, which addresses the determination of whether tax benefits claimed or expected to be claimed on a tax return should be recorded in the financial statements.

We have no paid salary, rent, benefits, utilities, printing, travel or other hidden expenses.  

All donations will be used to assist in the historical monument to be erected and 100% of all donations will be used in our mission.
