This approach allows us to focus on our mission and create positive, unambiguous community contributions.

This independence supports our focus on engaging in community events. We wish to address infiltration attempts related to the Buffalo Soldiers Arizona Territory Monument to be placed at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza in Phoenix, Arizona, and the Official Arizona Centennial Legacy Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory and Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment, Mesa, Arizona, as an independent organization. We urge all non-affiliated individuals, groups, troopers, motorcycle clubs, social clubs, and chapters that share the name "Buffalo Soldiers" to respect our boundaries. Any attempts to infiltrate our organization will not be tolerated, both in Arizona and nationwide. This applies to collaborations on community events, projects, and the Buffalo Soldiers Arizona Territory Monument project, whether for-profit or non-profit.  All materials presented on our official websites, specifically the two names "Buffalo Soldiers Arizona Territory Monument" and "The Official Arizona Centennial Legacy Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory - Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment," as well as the pictures and narratives, are proprietary to this organization. The use of these materials is strictly prohibited for any outside organizations that utilize the name "Buffalo Soldiers" or assert a partnership with the Buffalo Soldiers Arizona Territory Monument or our projects. This prohibition extends to all forms of social media, including literature, newspapers, advertisements, promotional materials, books, videos, drafts, newsletters, websites, AI models, legislative documents, flyers, and any other materials that imply a connection to our organization without explicit permission.
